Meet the Coaches
Amanda Williams- Senior Coach
Amanda is our lead coach working with our Senior Team. Amanda is AACCA Safety Certified as well as Credentialed through USAFS levels 1 - 4. Amanda is also employed through a public school as a high school cheer coach and with Twist- n -Flip gymnastics as a gymnastics coach. Amanda has 8 years of cumulative experience in cheerleading both in high school and competitively. She also has 4 years of gymnastics experience and 3 years of dance. She is CPR & First Aid Certified.
Andreana Clark - Assistant Sr. Coach
Andreana is an experienced mom and holds her Associates Degree in paralegal studies with 5 years of experience working in law. She is CPR & First Aid Certified and AACCA Safety Certified as well USADS Credentialed level 1 & 2. Andreana will be working alongside with the Senior team coach to ensure additional safety and progression of skills among the cheerleaders. Andreana also assists in the management of the All-Star Mustang's Program.
Danielle Williams - Mini Team Coach
Danielle has 3 years of competitive cheerleading experience. As well as, prior coaching experience. Danielle has several years experience supervising preschool age children. Danielle is CPR, First Aid Certified and is also USAFS credentialed and AACCA Safety Certified. Danielle is employed by Twist N Flip as an gymnastics coach and will be coaching our mini team again this year.
Ashley Chase - Assistant Mini Team Coach
Ashley has 4 years of competitive cheerleading experience. As well as doing school cheer from the time she was 9 yrs old on the pee wee teams right up through high school cheer. Ashley enjoys dance and has been a part of 3 different dance teams as well. She has experience working with young children in a preschool setting as well. Ashley is in process of getting her USAFS credentials and AACCA Safety Certificate.
Holly Luciano – Sr Hip Hop Coach
Holly is our Senior Dance Team's lead coach for Hip Hop. Holly has been dancing now for ten years. She has training in a variety of dance genres, including ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and Hip Hop. Her teaching experience dates back five years, when she began assisting in classes at a local studio. She took on her own class three years ago at Kings Dancers, where she teaches Hip Hop classes to children of all ages. Holly still actively takes classes to broaden her dance horizons. Holly also leads a team of dancers who perform in a variety of events all over the Capital Region and has now begun working with the All-star Mustangs as they compete this season in many local and regional competitions
Tina Williams – Junior Hip Hop Coach
Tina is coaching our Junior Dance Team. Tina has been dancing for over 7 years and has been on 4 different dance teams. Tina has trained in a variety of dance genres that include hip hop, modern, and belly dancing. Tina enjoys choreographing various dance routines. Tina also has 4 years of competitive cheer and as well as high school cheer. Tina is currently on the Mustang's Senior Competitive Dance Team as well as the competitive Senior Cheer Team. Tina is currently working on her USAFS Credentials for Dance and her AACCA Safety Certificate.
Laurie Williams - Program Director
Laurie is an experienced mom and has over 13 years of experience in business operations. Laurie has owned and operated her own child care facility for 12 years. And is in the second year of managing the All-Star Mustang's Cheer & Dance Program. She also has 6 years of experience caring for foster children. Laurie is CPR and First Aid Certified, holds an Associate’s degree in Science with its focus on Early Childhood Education. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Services with a Concentration in psychology. Laurie is responsible for taking care of the financial aspect of our program and organizing what needs to be done.
Jeanne Brown- Website & Office Support
Jeanne is an experienced mom, who has over 10 years of experience in the business office and insurance field. Jeanne holds a degree in Travel& Tourism and a Bachelors degree in Computer Administration. Jeanne is currently working on her Associates in Medical Billing and Coding. Jeanne is CPR & First Aid Certified and has volunteered 8 years at the Schoharie County Head Start in various positions. Jeanne will be responsible for keeping our website up to date, writing up newsletters and assisting in a variety of other tasks.
Ron Barnes - Tumbling Coach
Ron has been teaching gymnastics (and dance) for over 10 years. Ron has a USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, USA Gymnastics Kinder Accreditation (specifically for teaching preschool aged children) and a USA Gymnastics PDP (a professional accreditation for gymnastics coaches). Ron is also Red Cross First Aid and CPR Certified. USA Gymnastics is the national governing body for gymnastics businesses. In order to be a member of the USAG, you must pass a federal background check. Ron also continues to attend workshops and clinics throughout each year to keep his certifications current.
Katie Kind - Chorographer
Katie has coached for over 14 years in the capital district. She has choreographed for pop warner, all-star and high school cheer and dance teams for the past 10 years. Katie was a member of the NCA (National Cheer Association) Staff where she had the opportunity to instruct at local NCA camps, clinics and special events. Katie has also judged for various regional competitions. Her most recent credits include owning and operating a full time 15,000 square foot cheer and dance facility. Katie continues to further her experiences in cheer and dance by attending workshops, competitions and her personal favorite..
